16.)  (Director-General & Chief of Staff Applicants) The Director-General & Chief of Staff are responsible for the training of all of the substantive staff (Committee Presidents and Vice Presidents). What are some specific areas of knowledge that Committee Presidents (Directors) should have, and are there any specific ways you would ensure they gain that knowledge? What are some specific areas of knowledge that Committee Vice Presidents (Chairs) should have, and are there any specific ways you would ensure they gain that knowledge?

18.)  (Asst. Secretary-General of Logistics Applicants) The ASG of Logistics serves as NWMUN’s liaison to outside donors. What are some specific places (preferably places we haven’t already looked) you would seek to find sponsorships for Northwest Model United Nations? How would you go about convincing these people/organizations to sponsor NWMUN? Also, after the conference, how would you maintain donor relations so sponsors are willing to sponsor us again?

19.)  (Asst. Secretary-General of Conference Services Applicants) The ASG of Conference Services oversees Home Government, in addition to DPI. What is your view on the role of Home Government during the conference? How would you ensure that Home Government is capable of fulfilling that role? How would you expect Home Government to be utilized (by both delegates and other staff and Secretariat members) during a potential crisis situation in a committee?
